Refund & Cancellation
At Kanhiya Ayurveda, we care about your health and satisfaction. Every product is prepared and packed with the highest care to ensure purity and safety. Since our remedies are Ayurvedic health-related products, we follow certain refund and cancellation guidelines to maintain fairness and transparency.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order is incomplete or items are missing.
📌 To claim a refund, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share proof (such as photos/videos of the package and product).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds or returns will not be applicable in these situations:
- If the product seal is broken or the item has been opened/used.
- If the request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- If the issue arises due to incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.
- For personal preference (e.g., taste, smell, or change of mind).
4. Returns & Replacements
- If your return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the error was on our side.
5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
